ETI's GD&T Trainer 3.5 Adds Design Software, Overview Course, and More GD&T Trainer Professional Edition software update adds more features, a reference tool, and a new overview course option. WESTLAND, Michigan — The Fundamentals of GD&T Professional Edition software (based on ASME Y14.5M-1994) is a comprehensive computer-based training program that teaches the fundamentals of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing right on your desktop. The program contains 28 lessons covering the basic rules, definitions, and concepts of GD&T. It provides instant feedback; detailed, full-color lesson screens; 3-D solid part samples; and technical animations that demonstrate concepts. ETI's Version 3.5 software release now supports Windows Vista and Windows 64-bit operating systems.
