If you are unable to attend any public workshop, you may send a substitute or receive a credit voucher to attend a future workshop of the same level. However, rescheduling within four business days of class will result in a $25 per person rescheduling fee.

If notice of cancellation is given up to ten business days in advance, tuition fee will be refunded, less a $25 registration service fee. Should you not cancel and not attend, please remember there will be no refund.

ETI is not responsible for the purchase of non-refundable airline tickets or the cancellation/change fees associated with canceling a flight. Please call 800-886-0909 to confirm that the workshop is running before purchasing airline tickets.

ETI retains the right to cancel a workshop up to 30 days before the scheduled presentation date.
